Global Communications Manager

Students For Liberty is a rapidly growing network of pro-liberty students from all over the world. Our mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. We are the largest libertarian student organization in the world. We accomplish this through a strategy of empowerment, identifying the top student leaders and training them to be agents of change in their communities.

Position Summary

Students For Liberty is currently seeking a passionate and professional individual to join our international communications teams. This role requires supervising experience and the ability to keep a team engaged, motivated, data-driven, and results focused. A successful candidate will have a firm commitment to libertarian ideas and to SFL’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising regional communications staff team members.
  • Supporting regions without dedicated communication staffing.
  • Managing our websites and other web assets.
  • Providing global support with website creation and management.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote organization events and programs.
  • Maintain high digital analytics standards and consisted structure in website data tracking.
  • Testing and analyzing marketing data.
  • Providing digital marketing tools support to regional communications staff – Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Data studio

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in driving a team to complete projects, meet deadlines and hit goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools – Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and demonstrated ability to integrate those into a marketing strategy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required although multilingual skills are preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in marketing preferred but not necessary if you can provide a portfolio of work.
