Bio: Ian Brennan hails from Essex, Vermont, and studies political science at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. He first became involved in the liberty movement in the winter of 2015 and 2016 when a family friend from the Vermont Republican Party told him about an opportunity to campaign for Rand Paul’s presidential campaign while he was home on break. While volunteering for the campaign, he learned of Students for Rand, the youth organization for the Rand Paul campaign. He started a chapter at St. Lawrence upon returning to campus, which later became a chapter of Young Americans for Liberty. From there he embarked on a lifestyle of liberty activism, holding pro-liberty events on campus and joining campaigns for limited government.
